How long is the Warranty for the product?
We provide 12 months or 1000 hours for the whole machine from on board time.
How about the delivery time?
Usually production time is 15- 20 days after we receive the advanced payment. For some standard products, we may have stock and could delivery immediately.
How about the continuous working time for the electric series forklifts and charging time?
Battery continuous working time is around 3-6 hours (depend on battery volume). It usually needs 8 - 12 hours to charge. The charger is automatic and will stop once the battery is full.
Can you provide customized products?
Yes, we can provide customized products per your request; both OEM and ODM are acceptable. We handle many non-standard product requests.
What is the specification of the chargers?
Our chargers voltage could be 110V, 220V, 240V, 380V, or 415V (1 phase or 3 phases, 50/60HZ). Power plugs can meet USA/UK/AUSTRALIA/EUROPEAN standards.
Could we request our own color for the products?
Yes, of course, you just need to offer us the RAL code.
